PE Global and Movember 2024
As Movember 2024 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible effort and generosity shown by everyone at PE Global throughout the month. This annual campaign is close to our hearts, focusing on raising awareness and funds for men’s health initiatives, including mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. This year, the PE Global team truly went above and beyond to support this vital cause.
The enthusiasm and creativity on display were nothing short of inspiring. Whether it was growing impressive moustaches, baking delicious treats for our PE Global bake sale, or making personal donations, every team member contributed in their unique way. Together, we raised an incredible €1,920—funds that will go directly towards supporting life-saving men’s health programmes.
But we didn’t stop there! Alongside fundraising, our team also embraced the physical challenge of Movember by setting a goal to stay active and “move for Movember.” We’re proud to announce that we smashed our target, collectively covering an impressive 356 kilometres during the month. This effort not only symbolises our commitment to men’s health but also highlights the importance of staying active and fostering a sense of community and camaraderie in the workplace.
Special thanks must go to those who organised and participated in the various events, from the bake sale to the walking challenges. Your hard work behind the scenes ensured everything ran smoothly and maximised the impact of our fundraising efforts. We also extend our gratitude to everyone who encouraged donations from friends and family, proving that small efforts truly add up to something great.
Movember has once again reminded us of the power of collective action and the strength of the PE Global culture. Every step we took, every euro we raised, and every moment of support we shared made a difference. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this Movember a memorable and impactful one.
