PE GLOBAL ACQUIRES UK NURSE PLACEMENT FIRM TRUST NURSE SERVICES
PE Global, the leading Irish-based Resourcing and Solutions company focused on the Lifesciences, Technical and Healthcare spaces, has made a strategic acquisition in the UK. PE Global has confirmed that it has completed the acquisition of specialist nursing placement business Trust Nurse Services Limited. This acquisition strengthens the PE Global platform presence in the UK nursing sector. No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
Trust Nurse Services is a specialist UK nursing recruitment agency, providing workforce solutions to National Health Trusts nationwide, on a contract and temporary basis. Predominantly sourcing temporary placements, the company recruits across all divisions of nursing, including Critical Care, A&E, Community and District, Oncology, Pediatrics, Outpatient, Midwifery and HCAs. Trust Nurse Services has forged an excellent reputation in the public sector, for successfully tendering large NHS framework agreements, in the provision of fully bespoke and tailored recruitment services for candidates and clients.
