Warehouse Operator

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for a leading multi-national Biotech client based in Dublin West.

This is an initial 12-month contract position working Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4pm and Friday 7:30am to 3pm.

ROLE:

Execute all tasks associated with WCL processes, BDS storage/shipment- activities for the Biologics Site and ensures continued conformance with all relevant regulations.
Cryogenic processing of Drug Substance batches, Cryogenically freezing Biologic materials to allow long term storage in -40C Cryogenic storage rooms
Assist with Sample Shipment documentation management and pack out activities
Contribute to the generation of SOP’s required for The Warehouse, Cryogenics, and logistics area stocking functions.
Contribute to all process improvements in The Warehouse, Cryogenics, Logistics processes.
Perform cycle counting process for inventory in WCL locations.
Contribute to the development of SOPs, investigations, CAPAs and change controls related to materials management activities.
Work with manager, Technical lead and wider WCL team to ensure that material management areas and processes are inspection ready at all times, ensuring success during regulatory audits for the area.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have excellent communication skills and foster open communication within the organisation
Must have 3-4 years warehouse experience – Pharmaceutical experience preferred
Must have a forklift license
Experience of working in a flexible multi-functional team
Proactive and positive attitude
General warehouse working principles
Working knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of GMP
Must be GMP and GDP Trained
Must have clear understanding of the Quality Requirements of the business
Good interpersonal skills, attentiveness and a approachable manner for interactions with inter-departmental colleagues
