The role

PE Global are currently recruiting a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Accountancy and Finance. This is a permanent role with the option of being based in Cork, Dublin or Drogheda

Duties of the role:

Client Engagement:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the finance and accountancy sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client portfolio.
• Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Candidate Management:

• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for finance and accountancy roles.
• Build and maintain a network of top-tier talent within the industry.
• Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
• Analyze competitor activity and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Contribute to the development of market intelligence reports.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.
• Support and mentor junior members of the recruitment team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years experience working with Recruitment Consultant with a focus on Finance and Accountancy roles.
• People Management experience desired but not essential 
• In-depth knowledge of the finance and accountancy sector, including market trends and key players.
• Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to cultivate new business.
• This role demands a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the Finance and Accountancy sector.
• Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and online resources e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn
• Strong networking and creative approach to engaging clients and candidates
