The role

Award winning Recruitment agency PE Global Locum Express are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer primarily for our doctor’s division to join our team in Drogheda.

 

Duties of the role include:

  • Searching/contacting existing candidates our database for availability
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and initiating the registration process
  • Building and maintaining the candidate and client database
  • Covering admin tasks such as job adverts, letters, arranging timesheets
  • Performing compliance checks on candidates

 

The successful candidate should have experience in the following and similar characteristics:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service role
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills. The successful candidate will be confident on the phone when talking with candidates and clients, ensuring they have a positive experience
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Someone who is positive, sociable and not afraid of hard work
  • No recruitment experience necessary as all training will be provided
