The Role
PE Global are recruiting for a Recruiter for our client based in Sligo. This is an initial 12-month contract role. Hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with the Business HR partners and hiring managers in relation to current and future recruitment requirements
- Design and deliver branded sourcing strategies internally and externally to attract and promote top talent into the organization for site specific initiatives
- Coordinate and lead telephone, video and onsite interviews for key partners
- Partner with hiring managers on complete recruiting life cycle (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding)
- Continuous communication with candidates in order to ensure efficient running of the process and ongoing brand awareness
- Partner with 3rd party agencies in identifying the right fit candidates for AbbVie
- Under the guidance of the Snr Talent Acquisition Specialist, execute sourcing strategies for talent pipeline campaigns as appropriate
Education & Experience
- Relevant third level qualification
- 2+ years recruitment experience (in house or 3rd party agency)
- Knowledge of sourcing in pharma industry preferred
- Possess strong communications skills
- Demonstrate customer focus and ability to engage with multiple customers
- Be able to work remotely while also delivering the best-in-class service to our internal customers across Ireland
- Be capable of building strong professional relationships both internally and externally
