PE Global Healthcare are delighted to assist their client to recruit for a home care nurse manager and a home care nurse supervisor.

Permanent post – Full Time – office based monday to Friday 8.30 – 5

The role of Care Manager is responsible for:

• The efficient and effective delivery of care activities within the service,
• The carrying out of quality improvement action plans and the maintenance of care records,
• Providing support and clinical advice to the practice supervisor,
• The provision of mentorship and guidance within the care environment and to participate in care activities as part of the supervision process if necessary,
• The Management of staff i.e. health care assistants

Qualifications:
A Care Manager will have a nursing qualification and be registered (RGN desirable, other disciplines with relevant experience will be considered) on the live register of NMBI.
Experience:
A minimum of two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant healthcare setting in the last two years.
