We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning models that enhance energy efficiency, predictive maintenance, and operational optimization. You will work alongside data scientists, software engineers, and energy experts to develop innovative ML solutions that address complex challenges in the energy sector. Your contributions will play a vital role in accelerating our AI-driven initiatives and supporting the UAE’s clean energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for energy forecasting, demand optimization, and predictive maintenance.
- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for large-scale data processing and real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure seamless deployment.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models to ensure accuracy and efficiency in dynamic energy environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, applying innovative techniques to solve energy-related problems.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage machine learning solutions at scale.
- Ensure the security and compliance of AI systems, particularly in sensitive energy applications.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, preferably within the energy or industrial sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages, with experience in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience working with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and handling large-scale datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML model deployment and management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply ML techniques to solve complex challenges in the energy sector.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
