PE Global is currently recruiting for an Investment Analysis Consultant for a leading multi-national Integrated Energy company based in Saudi Arabia.

The Investment Analysis Consultant serves as a key advisor to corporate management and other organizational units on a range of financial and economic matters. The consultant will assess the economic viability of various investments, including associated risks and their impact on the company’s investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reviews of industry business developments, trends, and economic conditions.
  • Develop a company-wide perspective on internal cost of capital and acceptable project returns.
  • Provide analysis, evaluation, and interpretation to support projects, processes, and financing related to the organization’s capital investment decisions.
  • Evaluate the economics of complex project proposals, including joint ventures and acquisitions.
  • Advise on project economics and risks, translating them into financial metrics as part of the investment evaluation process.
  • Develop critical inputs for the investment decision-making process, challenging assumptions, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Offer intellectual leadership within the finance function by leveraging deep expertise in capital markets and performing ad-hoc analysis for executive management.
  • Represent the organization at relevant internal and external conferences and seminars, preparing and delivering presentations on energy-sector investment topics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultancies, industry experts, and leading companies, staying informed about developments in energy and capital markets that could impact competitive performance.
  • Assist in the training, coaching, and mentorship of junior staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or Accounting from an accredited and recognized program. An advanced degree and/or relevant professional certification is preferred.
