General Operator

General Operator required to work rotating shift roster including both Day and Night shifts based in Mallow.

Candidates will ideally have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Exposure to GMP/SOP is ideal. Having worked in a highly regulated environment would be ideal. 

Candidates must be capable of working on their own initiative.

Successful candidates will be assigned a shift roster. Shifts will be 12 hours in duration and can be day or night, and a mixture of both.

We require candidates to have a strong attention to detail for record-keeping and for actively monitoring processes and responding proactively to any issues that arise.

Candidates will need to be quality focused especially around compliance with hygiene, 5S, HACCP and other quality related standards.

You must be capable of carrying out manual handling activities of lifting, rotations & lowering of objects.

You will require the ability to work in a highly regulated environment – being able liaise effectively with colleagues and shift managers alike.

Vacancies currently exist in both stores/warehouse and on the production floor in a number of departments including operation of evaporators and dryers.

• For stores previous forklift experience is a strong advantage
