Executive Assistant – Walton Oaks

PE Global is recruiting an executive assistant for our personal care client based in Walton Oaks. The role is an initial 12-month contract and is hybrid (1 day a week onsite).

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Extensive and complex diary management including booking rooms, conference requirements and guests as required.
  • Prepare department meetings
  • Travel arrangements for the R&D VP and their leadership team
  • Managing expenses via Concur
  • Prioritising and preparing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • When required, assist leaders with their Communications / Announcements.
  • Manage incoming calls efficiently and confidentially
  • Budget monitoring on a monthly basis
  • Support broader R&D team with administrative queries, problem solving, raising Purchase orders, organising events

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience experience supporting senior executives (Executive Director, VP or above)
  • Experience of scheduling complex travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel- preferably via Concur
  • Experience with raising and managing PO’s
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, MS Word, etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices
