Executive Assistant – London

PE Global is recruiting an executive assistant for our multinational pharmaceutical client based in Central London. The role is an initial 12 month contract and is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • General Secretarial/Clerical responsibilities
  • Prioritisation of workload and ability to multitask and work efficiently with little supervision
  • Schedule complex, multi-leg and international travel
  • Effectively interact with executives and internal/external clients both on-site and remotely
  • Carry out and co-ordinate special projects
  • Support select direct reports and other members of the group, managing multiple calendars

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives (Executive Director, VP or above)
  • HR systems related activities- experience with Workday preferential
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, MS Word, etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices
  • SAP experience processing: Purchase Orders and Payment Requests; Vendor Add Forms, as well as the capability to run reports within SAP
  • ARIBA experience for raising and managing PO’s
  • Experience of scheduling complex travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel- preferably via Concur
