Clinical Nurse Manager 1

PE Global Healthcare are currently recruiting for an Clinical Nurse Manager for a Client based in Galway. As an Critical Nurse Manager you will play a crucial role in delivering specialised care to those who need it most.

Key Requirements:

• Be a Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Palliative Care Setting with a background of acute experience.
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience at Senior Staff Nurse level /Acting CNM level / CNSp level or its equivalent.
• Undertaking or have completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Palliative Care (or similar e.g. Oncology, Haematology, Gerontology).
• Have demonstrated Managerial / Leadership experience – a necessary requirement for the positio
• Knowledge of Quality System (e.g. HIQA, CHKS, ISO, JCI), Auditing, Incident Reporting, etc
• Effective organisational skills
