An exciting opportunity for a CSA Quantity Surveyor has arisen for an energetic individual, who would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be based in Helsinki, Finland. This is a full time; permanent position and a shift rotation schedule is on offer for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and understand the agreed tender and measure against the actual scope of works using the agreed SOR. CSA and M&E.
- Act as a liaison with contractors from a commercial perspective
- Ensure the agreement of any change orders/order changes and the issuing of applicable rates to client for approval that are not included in the current SOR
- Monthly evaluation of completed works on CSA and issuing of cost report
- Preparation of monthly valuation and cost forecasts for CSA and M&E
- Updating monthly tracker of valuations, cost forecasts for CSA and M&E
- Updating monthly tracker for valuations, payments, etc
- Electrical and Mechanical will be measured by the applicable team and details provided to the project QS for inclusion in the monthly reports and valuations
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
