PE Global is currently recruiting for a Company Accountant to join an employer of choice in Cork on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading Practice based in Cork.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of the internal finance team as well as supporting external clients. This a fully onsite role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
- Manage cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.
Requirements:
- You will be a fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA)
- You will be 2 -3 years PQE.
- Experience in both Industry & Practice is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
