Clinical Nurse Manager

PE Global Healthcare are seeking to recruit 2 clinical Nurse Managers – Urology and Infection Control in a leading women’s health clinic based in Dublin.

The client is a JCI accredited hospital, part of a progressive and pioneering private hospital group. The Hospital has consistently built an unparalleled reputation in new high-tech surgical procedures, medical treatments, and ground-breaking diagnostics.

CNS IPC Role:

• Provide support and specialist advice to all disciplines
• Aim to reduce the incidence of infection through risk assessment, audit,  surveillance, education, policies and guidelines
• The position requires a strategic approach to the development of services and structures, embracing continuous quality improvement and the management of changes necessary to achieve organisational objectives.

CNS Urology Role:

• The CNS will provide specialist urology support to women, specialist nursing knowledge, emotional support and advice for women attending the Service.
• This will be achieved through clinical practice, management, education, research and audit and professional activities within the clinical governance framework.
• The post holder will be able to influence patient care through development of specialist skills, knowledge and experience.

Essential Criteria:    

• Be registered in the General Division of register of Nurses kept by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Ideally a third level qualification level 9 post grad in the specialist area of care. the post holders can be supported to pursue the post grad.
• Minimum 5 years acute hospital experience
• Management course desirable
