PE Global Healthcare, in conjunction with our prestigious hospital client based in Dublin, are seeking a dedicated and dynamic CNM2 to join our Intensive Care Unit, playing a key leadership role in the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and managerial leadership in the ICU.

• Support, supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.

• Ensure effective resource management and contribute to service development.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, education, and patient safety.

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse with NMBI.

• Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a critical care setting caring for Level 3 ICU patients

• Postgraduate qualification in Intensive/Critical Care Nursing (desirable).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
