PE Global is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator for a leading multi-national confectionery, food, beverage, and snack food company client based in Birmingham.

This is a contract role until the end of Nov 2025, paying £14.00 ph PAYE. 100% on site position in Bournville , Birmingham

Duties of the role/Responsibilities

  • When you receive a request, you will review and co-ordinates activities to respond to that request, communicating progress to clients and scheduling meetings as appropriate, and ensuring service quality is delivered.
  • You will manage the filing and storage of documentation, ensuring that the company complies with the appropriate data privacy and legal requirements.
  • Interview scheduling.
  • External offer paperwork preparation and onboarding, managing the onboarding experience for new starter.
  • Providing compensation proposals for internal offers and producing internal offer paperwork.
  • Data entry.

Education/Experience

  • A Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in administrative/coordination within HR or a customer service environment.
  • Experience of process management.
  • Experience of working in a virtual environment.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Process improvement skills.
  • Ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
