As Tier 1 suppliers, PE Global Healthcare is recruiting for a Senior Medical Social Worker in an acute setting based in Tipperary!

We seek a dedicated social worker to join the wider healthcare team within the paediatric department.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients’ needs related to illness and treatment
  • Connect patients and families with community resources
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement care plans

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Social Worker with 3+ years working in an acute setting
  • Previous experience working with children
  • CORU registered
  • Eligible to work in Ireland.
