PE Global are seeking an HR Professional for an exciting role in the heart of North Cork. As HR Analyst / HR Executive you will collect, compile, and analyse all HR data, metrics, and statistics across client company and apply this data to support any decision-making related to recruitment, retention, engagement, diversity and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the time and attendance system, employee culture surveys, exit interviews, employment records, 1 to 1’s. Maintain training database and any other new systems which will be in place.

Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with particular attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Compile reports of data results, presenting findings to the HR manager

Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organisational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance. Conduct and/or assist with internal HR compliance audits.

Arrange and conduct Induction for all new hires. This will include all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to Induction on site. Liaise with all employees on day to day HR queries.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent knowledge of MS office and the ability to create spreadsheets & presentations.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly navigate the organisation’s software          

 Strong administrative skills. A background and qualification in Business Administration or HR or related field . Work on own initiative as well as part of the operations team
