PE Global Healthcare is currently recruiting for a occupational health nurse nurse for a large corporation based in Dublin

Hybrid / Remote Option

The OHN will be responsible for providing a high quality and professional occupational health service to the organisation

This is a 2 month contract for July and August only.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities

• Occupational Health Programme of work
• Administer programme of work in line with client requirements to include where applicable
• Health Surveillance- which includes but is not limited to Spirometry, audiometry, phlebotomy, eye test
• Accidents and injury – prompt response, documentation of same in line with Health & Safety Authority (H.S.A and OSHA if applicable, and follow up regarding accident investigation
• Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments

Required Skills and Competencies

• Registered General Nurse, Higher Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health.
• 1+ years’ experience in Corporate Environment.
• Skilled in Spirometry, audiometry, and phlebotomy.
• Skilled in performing Display Screen Assessments (DSE)
• Good working Knowledge of accredited standards eg. SEQOHS and Health and Safety legislation
• Case management experience in line with current best practise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with well-developed organisational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an independent practitioner.
• Computer competency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Occupational Health systems.
• Flexibility and ability to transition smoothly within different work environments.
