Lead Financial Analyst

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst for a leading multi-national Integrated Energy company based in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the Structuring Advisory Division within a leading integrated energy company.

The Lead Financial Analyst will lead and advise on treasury matters related to the organisation’s affiliates, including wholly-owned joint ventures and public entities.

As the successful candidate, you will lead the review of affiliates’ corporate finance matters, including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.

In addition, you will evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intra-group lending, demonstrating an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in valuation and financial modelling.
• Knowledge of debt financing and other financial instruments.
• Understanding of intra-group lending and tax structuring.
• Strong team skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions.
• Excellent and proven negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including mentoring new hires and delivering presentations to senior leadership when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will possess an MBA or an equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited and recognized program.
