Intensive Care Nurse

As an ICU Nurse you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of all the nursing care with direct supervision from senior staff. Be confident in the caring for highly acute patients , both ventilated and non ventilated.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ICU setting.
• Monitoring and managing patients with complex medical and post operative conditions.
• Collaborating with physicians, specialists, and support staff to create optimal care plans.
• Adhering to hospital protocols and maintaining meticulous patient records.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration
• Experience: At least 2 year of ICU/critical care experience 
• Skills: Exceptional clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Attributes: Empathy, resilience, and a commitment to patient care and safety.
