PE Global is currently recruiting for a Tax Manager to join a Construction company based in Dublin 22. This role is fully onsite and will operate Monday to Friday.
This is a permanent opportunity with a leading Construction company based in Dublin 22. Reporting into the Finance Director, the successful candidate with take ownership of the Irish & European tax function base.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate income tax return compliance.
- Ensure that all tax returns are completed and filed in a timely manner.
- Assisting Senior Management with various issues related to global mobility.
- Assisting Senior Management with internal and external tax inquiries/tax audits as they arise.
- Assisting with the preparation of local and master transfer pricing files.
- Keep up to date with changes in local tax legislation.
- Ad-hoc research in relation to tax issues arising.
Requirements:
- You will be a fully Qualified Accountant with ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA
- You will have a professional tax qualification (AITI or CTA)
- PQE tax experience with a Big 4 OR Top 10 public accounting firm and / or multinational corporation experience desired.
- You will have an advanced knowledge of tax accounting, audit process and tax law
- You will have a high level of motivation, good people skills and the ability to manage a number of different tasks and projects simultaneously.
