The Role

PE Global are recruiting for an Administrator for our Pharmaceutical client based in Carrigtwohill, Cork. This is an initial 6-month contract role. Part-time *16 hours per week*

Job Responsibilities

  • The role requires a confident, productive, and highly motivated person to join our team. Candidates should have previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • Provide administrative support for QA team
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly metrics are maintained and updated
  • Assist payroll team in any ad hoc admin duties required
  • Support in uploading documents and data to relevant system e.g. Oracle, SAP
  • Work as part of a team ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
  • Provide admin support to Management team as required.

 

 

Education & Experience

 

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Must be able to multi-task and provide effective support within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on their own initiative
