Engineering Project Lead – Shrewsbury

PE Global is recruiting an Engineering Project Lead with our multinational industrial manufacturing client in Shrewsbury. The role is an initial 12-month contract and is hybrid.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities
• Coordinating resources across sales and marketing, product development groups, value chain and manufacturing
• Overseeing project progress and costs; communicating status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addressing and resolving problems
• Directing project staffing; motivating and developing project team and team members

Requirements:

• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum

• Candidate who has experience in product development and implementation.

• Understanding of powerpack systems, engine systems, in a technical background before, any validation work, would help enable them to ask the right questions and be effective to get the most out of the teams.

• Strong project management background

• Very collaborative attitude is necessary.
