Production staff needed immediately to start in Bandon town centre. Previous relevant experience is a requirement for the role. Work will be within a high paced production facility based. Adherence to GMP / SOP is essential.
Working hours / rates of pay: Candidates will be assigned either a 3 or 4 Cycle Shift Pattern, roster will involve rotating between days and nights. Shift times will be 7 to 7. These are 12 Hour Shifts, candidates will be working Monday to Friday only. Initial 6 month contract due to ongoing requirements. (permanency options thereafter.)
Current hourly €14.73 per hour with a potential gross Additional Performance related bonus weekly of up to 100 euro gross – dependant on hitting targets. *hourly rates rises to €15.66 per hour in January.
Essential Requirements:
•Candidates need to be physically able for lifting and/or standing for long periods.
•Candidates need good numerical and spatial awareness. .
•Candidates will need to be able to multitask, work to a number of deadlines at once and excel at working as a part of a team, ability to maintain a cool head under pressure is essential.
Candidates must have previous experience of working in a responsible / accountable role.
Attention to detail is essential, as is previous experience in a target driven production role.
A strong aptitude in both numerical, spatial, mechanical or engineering is an advantage.
