The Role
PE Global are recruiting for an Administrator for our biopharmaceutical client based in Santry, Dublin. This is an initial 12-month contract. *Part-time role* 16 hour week.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the CPO team in tracking and executing clinical trial agreements
- Maintain distribution list, coordinate mailings and courier/deliveries of these documents
- Manage and support CPO department operations as needed
- Screen and act on incoming phone calls and e-mails; provide service and handle complaints
- Manage department operations: filing, develops databases, tracks budgets, ensures stationary orders, etc.
- Coordinate functional processes such as invoicing and payments
- Manage the administrative aspects of relationships with outside vendors
- Organise meeting rooms, including logistics, catering and equipment needs
- Prepare agendas, take and complete CPO department meeting minutes; coordinate distribution and follows up on action items
Educations & Experience
- Previous experience in administrative support role
- Experience using MS Office and virtual conference tools
- Fluency in English
- Experience in similar or related disciplinary and/or international environment
- Basic knowledge of the function/business areas supported such as safety, sales, compliance, customer service, etc.
- Familiarity with terminology of area supported such as Marketing, Medical, Clinical Research, Logistics etc.
