Accountant – Fully Remote

My client, a longstanding and reputable Practice in Kerry, is looking to recruit an Accountant with significant Practice experience on a permanent basis. The role offers a progressive salary, benefits and the opportunity to work fully remote for the correct candidate.

The Role:

• Preparation of financial statements for clients
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial reporting standards
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax and Corporation Tax returns
• Managing accounts independently, taking them to the final stage of completion
• Meeting individual and department targets and deadlines
• Plan, prepare and finalise audits for a range of clients across all sectors

Responsibilities:

• Qualified Accountant – ACCA, ACA or CPA
• 3 Years Practice Experience 
• Knowledge of Irish GAAP
• Audit experience
• The ability to meet strict deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
• Strong Excel and IT skills
