PE Global is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant with a reputable Multi-national client based here in Cork. The Role:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Produce reports for Management to drive key strategies and decisions
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax
- Budgeting, Forecasting and Costing
- Financial review and preparation of business cases for ad hoc projects
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation related to financial and tax matters
- Maintain the general ledger and oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
- Perform such other duties as the Employer may from time to time assign to this role
Responsibilities:
- Professional Accountancy Qualification – ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA
- 3 Years experience in a similar role/environment
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- SAP Experience an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- The ability to meet strict deadlines in a timely and effective manner
