Clinical Nurse Manager 1

PE Global Healthcare are currently recruiting for an Clinical Nurse Manager for a Client based in Waterford. As an Clinical Nurse Manager you will play a crucial role in delivering specialised care to those who need it most.  Candidates must be highly motivated, creative, and experienced with a passion for engaging with the people we support daily. 

Key Requirements:

• Be a Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in CNM1 position 
• Have line management or significant supervisory experience within the disability or broad personal social services field. 
• Have experience in delivery of training to staff at all levels.
• Drivers license and willingness to drive to work 
• Willing to embrace change and is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning throughout the service.
• Committed to the principles of rights-based, person-centred services.
