Accounts Administrator – AP/AR for Monday to Friday role based in Cork City Centre 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receiveable 
  • Accounts Payable 
  • Book keeping 
  • Oversight on junior team members work 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies..
  • Implement and utilize management software to enhance operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems (Outlook, Excel etc)  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working Hours :
  • 8:00—17:00 ( 40 hours per week )
  • Monday – Friday ( No Weekends or No Bank Holidays )
