The Role
PE Global are recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator for our biopharmaceutical client based in Dublin 15. This is an initial 3 -month contract role. *Immediate Start*
This role requires strong attention to detail, a strong technical capability, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will ensure that all data is entered in a timely and accurate manner, contributing to the smooth operation of the healthcare facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately enter employee medical information into the electronic system.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee information in compliance with BMS policy, GDPR and other relevant regulations.
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines for data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with the Occupational Health team to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
- Monitor and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Address and resolve any data entry errors or inconsistencies promptly.
- Documentation archival and documentation update and maintenance (doc control admin work)
- Support other administrative tasks within the healthcare facility as needed.
Educations & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year’s admin experience ideally in a medical setting but not essential
- Experience with Microsoft application
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Good organisation and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Available to start immediately
- Fluent written and spoken English
