PE Global is currently recruiting for a Commercial Vessels Specialist for a leading multi-national maritime company based in Saudi Arabia.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify initial project risks.
- Establish and implement a comprehensive strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the broader team, including vertical business units and horizontal stakeholders in strategy, finance, HR, legal, and other areas.
- Prepare reports for management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
Education/Experience
- 20 years of experience in the maritime sector, with at least 10 years working directly for manufacturers and experience working for operators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Marine, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience working as the “main contractor” in shipyard facilities, with specific experience in start-ups of large MRO shipyard facilities.
- Experience managing vessel maintenance projects from start to finish in a leadership or project management role.
- Familiarity with the integration of digitalization and environmental strategies in shipyards, along with hands-on experience in their implementation.
