We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer, you will be a key player in the integration of advanced AI and machine learning solutions into energy systems. You will work with large-scale data sets, design and implement machine learning algorithms, and collaborate closely with data science and engineering teams. Your contributions will directly impact energy efficiency, predictive maintenance, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for energy-related applications such as demand forecasting, energy optimization, and predictive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Develop scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to deploy and manage machine learning models in production environments.
  • Continuously improve model performance and monitor their effectiveness using advanced monitoring tools and frameworks.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply innovative techniques to solve energy sector challenges.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in machine learning, data engineering, and AI, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Expertise in working with large data sets and building scalable data pipelines (SQL, NoSQL, and Big Data tools like Hadoop or Spark).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for machine learning model deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving innovation in the energy space.
