Location: Co. Cork (open to travelling)
Overview: Neil has a wealth of experience working within the construction industry. He comes from a mechanical background with exceptional experience gained in mechanical piping, and construction management. He spent the majority of his career in the marine and Oil & Gas industries. Throughout his career he has managed, planned, and expedited machinery installations, and services, and refurbishment of industrial equipment on Brownfield Projects. Responsible for the cost and control of site work undertaken by the company and reporting on the status to the company Directors.
He also gained experience with project managing, overseeing Mechanical / Electrical improvements to existing plant and equipment, and organising/mobilising trade providing subcontracting companies, for upgrading of all Black Utility systems throughout the plant site.
Availability: 2 – 4 weeks
Expected Salary: Negotiable, open to perm and contract roles

Location: Dublin
Overview: Joao is a skilled Digital Construction Manager with 6 years of experience in his field. Holds MSc and BCs in Civil Engineering, and a MSc in Building Information Modelling and Management. Possesses extensive expertise in steering high-profile projects within the digital construction realm, in particular with residential, civil, data centres, pharmaceuticals and intel. A member of Engineers Ireland, and is also a Portuguese Chartered Engineer.
Excels in BIM Management, project coordination, clash detection, lean construction, utilising tools such as Revit, Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM 360. Possesses extensive knowledge in 4D programmes, 5D forecasting, and experience in developing the BEP template.
Availability: 8 – 12 weeks
Expected Salary: €70,000 – €75,000
