The QA software Testing team work to identify defects and errors that were made during the SDLC. Improve product reliability and stability, which in turn improves customer satisfaction in the application. Provide accurate, consistent and reliable results for each release. Validate the application is fit to use. Testing early to ensure issues are identified to reduces cost to other area of the business and clients. Reduces time and effort and automation increases test coverage. Measure reliability and stability.
Job Descriptions x4: (Remote & Onsite/Remote Hybrid)
API QA Automation Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Help expand and maintain new in-house API framework.
- Contribute to the creation of functional and regression test suites
- Analyse test results, record test activities and track defects.
- Clearly articulate and communicate project status.
- Manage priorities and set expectation when faced with multiple demanding tasks.
- Assist with all hands manual testing when required.
Require some of the following:
- Experience in using test automation tools for test execution against API such as Postman or using a custom Framework.
- Experience in C# programming desirable.
- Proficient in testing techniques.
- Experience with a testing framework; XUnit, TestNG etc.
- Have a strong knowledge on all phases of testing.
- Experience with performance testing tools; JMeter etc. is advantageous
- Previous coding experience would be advantageous
- Ability to use initiative and willing to generate ideas to continuously refine testing processes to improve quality.
- Experience with continuous integration tools
- BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
QA Automation Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation of functional and regression test suites
- Analyse test results, record test activities and track defects.
- Clearly articulate and communicate project status.
- Manage priorities and set expectation when faced with multiple demanding tasks.
- Work as part of a Scrum team in an Agile development process
- Take part in all Scrum activities
Require some of the following:
- experience in using test automation tools for web applications (mobile & API automation experience also are preferable)
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming (.NET, Java etc.)
- Experience in testing frameworks…(MStest, XUnit, TestNG etc)
- Have a strong QA base, knowledge in testing types & practices
- Proficient in testing techniques.
- Have a strong knowledge on all phases of testing.
- Previous coding experience essential
- Previous knowledge of API/Mobile testing would be advantageous
- Ability to use initiative and willing to generate ideas to continuously refine testing processes to improve quality.
- Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins)

Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a Scrum team testing new development in sprint;
- Conduct regression / system tests in advance of a software release;
- Analysis of business requirements and the development of test scenarios, test cases and test plans based on those scenarios;
- Execution of those test plans;
- Working across functions within the organisation to agree user testing and subsequent release of software;
- Collection and analysis of metrics that are designed to help improve the quality of the final product;
- Estimation of QA tasks and meeting project schedules;
- Preparing detailed test cases and creation of data set for automation;
Require some of the following:
- experience in Mobile testing.
- Experience in testing apps on both Android & iOS.
- BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience working as part of a QA function in an Agile environment.
- Ability to construct a logical set of steps to test both positive and negative paths through a system.
- Strong trouble shooting, analysis and problem resolution skills.
- Experience using bug-tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, & Testrail.
- Knowledge of Web APIs / Swagger / Postman an advantage..
- Have a strong QA base, knowledge, in testing types & practices.
- Ability to use initiative and willing to generate ideas to continuously refine testing processes to improve quality.
- Independent thinker capable of articulating their opinions so that that a decision can be made with their input.
- Capable of understanding web architectures and working across multiple environments at each stage where QA intersects the SDLC.
